Fun with Grammy and Poppi

This will be a short post in terms of words...My parents are here this weekend for a visit and we couldn't be happier about it.  Today we headed up to Mt. Diablo to the summit.  It was a mildly foggy day out, but when we got to the summit, we were above the fog and the sun was shining....AHHHHH!!!  BEAUTIFUL DAY!!! 

 

Mt. Diablo Summit at 3,849 feet ...Mt. Diablo is the Base Meridian for maps.

 

Dalton was such a great kiddo today!  He loved his backpack!

Dalton was one tired boy!  He fell asleep in the pack...Cute!

 He was one happy boy when he woke up and we ate some delicious lunch.

Last night, my cousin Marlene, her husband Mike, their boy Trevor and my Auntie Kath (aka Auntie Nana) came over for a visit.  Here's a couple cute shots.

Ok...below is a funny one...
Ok...Kinda sad when you look at how unhappy he was trying strained chicken for the first time...Let's just say he liked it about the same tonight too. 

We'll have to try again in a couple weeks:)
